We are within the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and have a full CIS 5 certificate which entitles us to be paid gross.

Yes, we deal with everything ranging from changing a light bulb to undertaking a full office refurbishment.

Yes we do and pride ourselves in offering honest advice with competitive quotations. We like to build up a trusting relationship with our clients and to serve them for the longterm.

During 2013 we completed a project with Lend Lease at the Olympic Site to the value of £300,000 and had to show that we were part of the Worksafe Contractor Membership Scheme, had £10 million public liability insurance cover and the capacity to complete the works within tight deadlines which we did very successfully.

We have the services of our specialist H&S advisors to ensure all our documentation is in place and correct.

The company was started in 1978 by Allen Dean and his son Adam is now running the business. Growth has been good over the last few years even during the recession and we never rest on our laurels.

Yes indeed, we value all the work we are kindly given no matter how big or small. We undertake works for residents, tenants, managing agents and landlords.

Some of our engineers have been with us for over 20 years and none have been working for us less than 5 years. I know my whole team personally and we often get great feedback with regards their politeness, tidiness and quality of work.

For some clients we travel as far as Birmingham (120 miles) but in order to offer good value for money we ideally need to keep within a 40 mile radius. However please always ask if we cover your location as for example we often find travelling to Newbury is quicker for us then to travel into central London.
